From Sag Harbor to Southampton, Bay Street Theatre is lighting up TWO stages with theatre, chats with local luminaries, music and more! With its hit American Premiere production of DINNER, playing now through August 2nd on the Sag Harbor stage, and MOTHERHOOD OUT LOUD, a new developmental piece which premieres this week at the new Bay Street @ The Parrish location, there is truly something for everyone.

Bay Street Theatre and The Parrish Art Museum are bringing an exciting developmental theater space to Southampton. Baystreet @ The Parrish Art Museum will feature a 99-seat café-style theater for new plays in development and premieres with Motherhood Out Loud, running for three nights only-July 30, 31, and August 1st. Co-conceived by Susan R. Rose and Joan Stein, produced by Ms. Rose, Ms. Stein, Renee Landegger and Judith Resnick, and directed by Lisa Peterson, the production will include Saidah Arrika Ekulona, Randy Graff, Carson Kressley, and Susan Kellerman. Written by more than 17 award winning writers, Motherhood Out Loud celebrates the very personal, diverse, funny, and altogether extraordinary experiences that boldly expose the unabashed truths that unite us all. Motherhood Out Loud will take place at the Parrish, 25 Job's Lane in Southampton. All tickets are $40 and may be purchased through the Bay Street Box Office at 631-725-9500, open daily at 11am.

Back in Sag Harbor, Bay Street's hit production of DINNER with Mercedes Ruehl is having a terrific run, with recent reviewers stating it is "supremely acted, riveting, beautifully written... breathtaking in its accomplishments." This American premiere is a unanimous success and is selling quickly. DINNER runs Tuesdays thru Sundays and closes August 2nd .

Also not to be missed this week is the next installment of Bay Street's new OUR TOWN series, featuring chats with local artistic luminaries. On July 30 at 4pm, Artistic Director Murphy Davis will chat with Pulitzer prize winning playwright Lanford Wilson. Future guests include April Gornik, Bob Balaban and Jeffrey Lyons. All tickets are $20.
