Gloria & Emilio Estefan to Guest Star on New Season of JANE THE VIRGIN

EW reports that the talented husband and wife team of Gloria and Emilio Estefan will make a guest appearance on the upcoming third season of The CW's JANE THE VIRGIN.

According to the site, the duo will portray themselves and will be TELENOVELA star Rogelio de la Vega's (Camil) best friends. Rogelio will ask Gloria and Emilio to help him adapt a Latin TELENOVELA for American audiences. No word yet on whether Gloria will perform on the show.

The pair will appear on the third episode of the new season, which will be directed by Eva Longoria. Season Three of JANE THE VIRGIN will premiere on October 17th on The CW.

Gloria Estefan's LIFE STORY is now being told in the new Broadway musical ON YOUR FEET!, now playing at the Marquis Theatre. The musical, directed by two-time Tony Award winner Jerry Mitchell (Kinky Boots, Hairspray) and choreographed by Olivier Award winner Sergio Trujillo (Jersey Boys, Memphis) with an original book by Academy Award winnerAlexander Dinelaris (Birdman, The Bodyguard Musical), landed on Broadway following a world premiere summer engagement at the Oriental Theatre in Chicago.
