Brooke Shields who did the narrative for the CD "Runaway Bunny" (released by SONY this week) has been informed by her doctor that the recent surgery on her foot has not healed the way he would like and has advised her not to fly to NY for the Carnegie Hall engagement set for April 29th.

However, in a generous gesture to the shows producer (Scott Mauro) and the conductor/composer (Glen Roven), Glenn Close has agreed to step into Brooke's role that night as narrator for the evening.

The performance will take place Tuesday Evening, April 29, 2008 at 7:30 to benefit the Schneider Children's Medical Center of Israel.
