Don't be an April fool, Glee is taking a new direction, and getting in touch with the big, bad Apple in a bigger and better way. Glee club maybe dunzo, but there's brand new adventures to be had in the city that never sleeps! Let's see how our new graduates blend into New York - you're not in Ohio anymore, Gleeks! This is New York -dream big or be crushed. Like Ivy Lynn, you know?

Rachel starts getting the star treatment she has been so desiring thanks to one of her producers, who gives her on call, twenty-four seven town car service. Where is Ms. Berry headed? "Downtown" - of course! Meanwhile, Kurt is helping Blaine adjust to the city, with Artie and Sam finding their way together, as well. Of course, the star herself makes a grand entrance and joins the gentlemen. Rachel brings her best gays for the ride, while Sam and Artie are left to find other means of transportation. Poor little Artie and Sam - missing out on all the luxury that Ms. Berry is getting accustom to. Blaine and Kurt share a cute and lazy Sunday morning with breakfast, and of course, a little standard for good measure. Klaine is taking to couple life in the city swimmingly, and belt out a little "You Make Me Feel So Young". Just when things begin to move a little cozier, Sam enters and ruins the moment, prompting Kurt to push Blaine to talk to Sam about his couch surfing. Artie has loved the city life, but when his backpack and laptop are stolen, Artie is left cold. Blaine tries to talk to Sam about his current situation, and finds that Sam isn't finding the love of the big city that everyone else has been. Blaine drags Sam out of the apartment and into the big city looming before them - and what better way to do then with a little "Best Day of Your Life". Blam sure does love a good up-lifting duet, you know? Blam has taken Manhattan - well, at least, Times Square by storm. Are those Sam's little town blues melting away? Time to make a new start of it, Sam Evans - the force is totally with you.

Kurt takes a mime class, and is shocked to find Blaine in his class - who has somehow managed to find himself in six of Kurt's eight classes. While the mime surrounds them, Kurt begins to feel a little suffocated by his fiancée's constant presence, as the mime box begins to grow smaller and smaller. Sam gets a new 'do and a new lease on life - Sam Evans is ready to take the city by storm. Artie reports his robbery, and vents his vulnerability, while Kurt, Blaine, and Rachel struggle with their own issues. Elliot and Kurt go song hunting for the band, and Kurt vents about being suffocated by Blaine's constant presence. Elliot gives Kurt his two cents - he's all for the relationship and love, but perhaps they need some boundaries. Of course, what best accompanies advice? You guessed it - a good tune! Elliot and Kurt duet on "Rockstar" by A Great Big World, and completely feel the rock-star vibe.

Rachel begins to feel suffocated by her new star-mobile and lifestyle, and begins to consider if Artie isn't right about her not being a real person. Rachel bails on the star-mobile and reclaims her authenticity - you gotta love that Rachel Berry go-to-attitude. Blaine begins to do a little remodel to the apartment to apologize, but is interrupted by Sam's return. Sam announces that he booked his first modeling gig, as well found his own place with fellow models. Kurt comes home, and the two argue over boundaries and Elliot, before Blaine exits dramatically. Artie continues to struggle with the new surroundings, getting a dose of New York puddle to the face. Missing slushies, yet?

Blaine shows up at Elliot's demanding that Elliot admit he's trying to steal Kurt away from him, and leaves Elliot pretty speechless. Elliot calms Blaine down with some reassurance that Kurt loves him, and tries to put things into perspective for him. Once the tension leaves the air, the two begin to bond with a jam session. Rachel and Artie meet at the subway, and Rachel pushes Artie to get back on the horse - err - the subway. Rachel promises to be Artie's subway buddy, as long as he keeps her grounded and real, which we all know that Artie knows how to keep it real. With a little "Don't Sleep on the Subway", Artie and Rachel tackle public transportation the best way they know how to do anything - sing!

Sam moves into the model apartment, and finds he has a roommate named Sam - who is a girl. Kurt comes back to find Blaine, and the two begin to talk it out. Blaine decides it would be best for him to move out, to give them both space, while still being completely together and strong as a couple. The moment is tender and sweet, ending in a casual make out session and make-up sex. Sam bonds with female Sam, only to find that female Sam is kind of prescription crazy, which makes Sam uncomfortable and leads him to leave. Artie and Rachel find the guy who stole Artie's stuff and get revenge on him with pepper spray, and end up getting his stuff back. Blaine and Kurt share their news that Blaine is moving out, while Sam explains he can't deal with the model life, so it seems a Blam apartment is in the cards. Just when things couldn't get more wonderful - THE Mercedes Jones makes her own star entrance, ready to take the city on with a z-snap and "hell-to-the-no" attitude in tow.

Mercedes moves her music to the city, and gives Blaine and Sam her secondary room, while the sparks between Sam and Mercedes seems primed to reignite. Rachel skips out on the Mercedes welcome wagon to perform a little "People" for sound check, while Sam and Mercedes cherish her New York debut, Artie blends into the crowd, and Kurt and Blaine share a beautiful afternoon together. The group of friends share dinner and good times, as Rachel Berry has reclaimed her authenticity and brought the best kind of people into her world.

Glee has taken New York by storm, but who says life in the big city is easy? Next week, the city takes its toll on our favorite former glee-clubbers. Until the next week - we're the luckiest people who need people, don't you think?
