Gil Evans birthday celebrations will feature the Gil Evans Orchestra on May 13th at Highline Ballroom and Gil Evans Project, May 14-19 at The Jazz Standard.

The fabulous Gil Evans Orchestra is led by Miles Evans, Gil's son, and features world-class jazz artists who were long-term members performing Evans' arrangements: from Hendrix and Jaco to the Classics!
