A native Texan, Mamie attended the Paseo Academy of the Arts in Kansas City, Missouri, before graduating from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City. Mamie currently stars as Patty in Andrew Lloyd Webber's new Broadway musical SCHOOL OF ROCK, now playing at The Winter Garden Theatre.

Her other Broadway and National Tour credits include: Wicked (Elphaba), 9 To 5 The Musical (as Judy Bernly, the role created by Jane Fonda in the iconic film), the Tony-Nominated revival of Ragtime, 5-time Tony-Winner The Drowsy Chaperone, Legally Blonde- the Musical, and Roundabout Theatre's acclaimed revivals of On The 20th Century and 110 In the Shade.

Off-Broadway credits include Pump Boys and Dinettes (Prudie), part of the Encores! Off-Center series; See Rock City and Other Destinations (Dodi), presented by the Transport Group (cast album out now).

Other notable credits include roles at The Goodspeed Opera House, Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera, The Muny, The Macau International Music Festival in Macau, China; two national tours with country music icon Kenny Rogers; The Radio City Christmas Spectacular; and many more.

SCHOOL OF ROCK - THE MUSICAL opened to rave reviews at Broadway's Winter Garden Theatre (1634 Broadway) on Sunday, December 6, 2015. This Ben Brantley New York Times 'Critics' Pick' "is an inspiring jolt of energy and mad skillz," raves Jesse Oxfeld of Entertainment Weekly. And in his four-star Critics' Pick review, Time Out's David Cote proclaimed, "School's IN - forever!"

Based on the smash hit 2003 film of the same title, SCHOOL OF ROCK - THE MUSICAL features music from the movie, as well as an original score by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyricist Glenn Slater, with a book by Julian Fellowesand direction by Laurence Connor.
