The 'Georgia O'Keefe: Abstraction Exhibition' will run until January 17 at Whitney Museum of American Art.

Groundbreaking, highly influential artist Georgia O'Keefe was best known for her representational works, such as still lifes of flowers, rocks, bones and landscapes. For years, her massive body of radical abstract art was often ignored. Now the Whitney has collected more than 130 of these paintings, drawings and sculptures for this comprehensive show, as well as selected examples from Alfred Stieglitz's famous photographic portrait series of O'Keefe.

The Whitney Museum of American Art is located at 945 Madison Avenue at 75th Street (Madison/75), New York.
