Ana Gasteyer (Wicked, Saturday Night Live), Julia Murney (Wicked, Lennon), and Kate Reinders (Wicked, Gypsy) will join Carly Jibson (Hairspray) and composer Andrew Lippa (The Wild Party, The Little Princess, You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown) for songs from his upcoming show, Asphalt Beach, and more on Monday, December 11, 2006 at 9:30pm.

"Andrew Lippa, Asphalt Beach and Assorted Divas" will take place at the Metropolitan Room (34 West 22nd Street between 5th & 6th Avenues).

Lippa's concert will feature him at the piano singing songs from his latest shows and what he calls his "homeless collection" -- songs that were either cut from or never made it into his previous shows.

The evening will feature the unveiling of songs from Lippa's newest musical Asphalt Beach.  "Asphalt Beach tells the story of what happens to the girls at Our Lady of the Suppressed Desire Academy for Rambunctious Young Girls - a Catholic reformatory school in Asphalt Beach, New Jersey."

Cover is $25 plus a two-beverage minimum. Reservations can be made by calling (212) 206-0440.
