Gal Friday Heats Up the Stage as Headliner for GOTHAM BURLESQUE in NYC Tonight

Tonight, August 3 at 10PM at STAGE 72, Gotham Burlesque will welcome "The Five-Alarm Fire of Burlesque" GAL FRIDAY as the headliner for their sizzling August summer show.

Hosted by World Champion Trick Roper Chris McDaniel, the August 3 cast will also featureJiggling Genius BETTINA MAY, Side-Splitting Dance Diva POPPY TART, Chanteuse GRACE GOTHAM, "Hula Hooping Demon" MISS SATURN, Neo-Burlesque Star NASTY CANASTA and stage manager BAMBI GALORE.

Presented by award-winning filmmaker, artist, and producer Gary Beeber, GOTHAM BURLESQUE is an exciting evening of song, dance, tricks and visual treats that plays STAGE 72 each month with a different cast at the intimate Upper West Side venue, offering audiences a taste of a wide range of live entertainments from both established and up and coming performers and acts.

Gary Beeber is an award-winning American filmmaker whose documentaries Dirty Martini & the New Burlesque, Bally-Master, and Messenger have screened in over 50 festivals and won countless awards. Prior to devoting his energies to documentaries, he was a photographer and producer of art videos shown in 70 galleries and exhibitions worldwide, and several of his works are in corporate collections here in the city at Goldman Sachs, Pfizer Pharmaceutical and Chase.

GOTHAM BURLESQUE plays at STAGE 72 (158 West 72nd Street), with the August show taking place tonight, August 3 at 10pm.
