Gleeks, are you ready to get a little sexy? Because, it's about to get a little hot and sexy up in here.

Emma takes over chairing the Celibacy Club, which has dropped in membership to just Rachel and Quinn, but soon Emma realizes her innocent attempts to spread celibacy have failed. Holly Holiday, the substitute teacher who covered for Mr. Schuester when he was ill, returns to cover the sex-education classes - thus causing a debate between herself, Will, and Emma about how much (or how little) the students of McKinley know about sex. After Brittany - in her own way - thinks she's pregnant, Will turns to Holly to help teach the kids about sex, in the best way they both know how - song. Holly introduces the class to sex via a performance of "You Want To Touch Me" by Joan Jett, which gets the Glee Clubbers all worked up.

Sue, always the spy, comes to the Lima Bean in search of Kurt and Blaine, to share her information about New Direction's foray into sex appeal, which prompts Blaine to get an emergency meeting of the Warblers called. After getting all worked up during Holly's performance, Lauren informs Puck of her want to be famous - by way of sex tape with him. The Warblers call in their sister school, Crawford Day, to gauge their sex appeal while Blaine, Kurt, and the Warblers perform "Animal" by the Neon Trees.

After the performance, Blaine confronts Kurt on his attempt at sex appeal, leading Kurt to admit he knows about as much about being sexy and sex as a baby penguin. Brittany confronts Santana about where they stand in their 'relationship' - which goes nowhere due to Santana's inability to talk about her feelings. After their talk, Santana and Brittany turn to Holly for help about their feelings, so Holly suggests instead of talking, they sing. Blaine attempts to help Kurt feel sexy, but it all becomes too much for Kurt, who doesn't understand (or want to understand) sex, which ends in Kurt tossing Blaine out and ending the discussion.

Will and Holly practice "Kiss" by Prince, which ends in a kiss between the two - which is short lived because Holly pushes Will away, rejecting him.

Blaine, worried about Kurt's well being when it comes to sex, turns to Burt about his son's lack of sex education and how he needs to be educated. Santana, Holly, and Brittany sing "Landslide" by Stevie Nicks, leading to a tender moment between Brittany and Santana. After Holly crushes the dreams of making the sex tape with Lauren, Puck joins the Celibacy Club, who have prepared "Afternoon Delight" a number for glee club. After Rachel, Quinn, Emma, Carl, and Puck perform, Emma and Holly square off about the true meaning of the song, which prompts Carl to turn to Holly for help with Emma.

Burt, prompted by Blaine's intervention, has "the talk" with Kurt, which ends in a bonding moment for the both of them. In the session with Holly, Emma admits that she still has complicated feelings for Will, which prompts Carl to walk out. Santana admits to Brittany that she is very much in love with her and wants to be with her, but is terrified because of what people may say. Brittany admits she also loves Santana, but is still very dedicated to Artie - driving Santana away. Lauren insults Puck for joining the Celibacy Club, which pisses off Puck, but turns on Lauren - who finally kisses Puck. The rest of the Glee Clubbers join the Celibacy Club, which is now headed by Rachel. Puck calls Quinn out on her hickie, which she plays off as a burn from a curling iron, when it's from a make out session with Finn. Holly comes to Will to bid farewell and to open up about her feelings for him - which ends in a passionate kiss.

Well, Gleeks - do you feel sexier or more educated about sex? Hopefully we don't have to send Holly to you, especially with her cucumber talk.

Next week is it! Regionals are here! Are you ready, Gleeks? Who are you rooting for? New Directions? The Warblers? Pick a side, and we'll meet back here!
