Are you ready, Gleeks? It's Regionals time! Which team are you on? The Warblers? New Directions!? Regionals - here we come!

Blaine bursts into the middle of a study session with his version of Maroon 5's 'Misery' - which Blaine proclaims to be the new opening number for Regionals. Kurt, sick of playing second fiddle, speaks up on the issue of he feels he hasn't had the chance to shine solo. Rachel attempts to write an original song for Regionals, but ends up with yet another stinker. Finn attempts to get Rachel to understand how good she can be, while Quinn plots how she can keep Rachel close while attempting to get Finn to be hers, so she can be prom queen. Pavarotti, the Warbler mascot dies, which prompts Kurt to burst into a Warbler meeting to perform the Beatles's 'Blackbird'.

When Sue puts a stopper in the plan to sing "Sing" by My Chemical Romance at Regionals, New Directions plows forward with the plan to write original music for Regionals. At a meeting of the Warblers, Blaine voices his interest in allowing the lead for Regionals to be a duet - between him and Kurt, shocking Kurt. Brittany approaches Santana to ask why she's been avoiding her, but Santana doesn't want to talk. Santana and Puck present some original songs - which are less than Regionals worthy. Quinn approaches Finn about her plan to get them to be prom royalty, which Finn seems uneasy about, but ulimately gives in to the plan to make their relationship public after Regionals. Rachel witnesses the moment between Finn and Quinn - leaving her devasted.

Blaine approaches Kurt to explain why he fought so much for them to sing together - and admits he's fallen in love with him -sealing the moment with a kiss. In the middle of a song-writing session, the members of New Directions inform Mr. Schuester about how Coach Slyvester has been tormenting them - leading them to a title for an original song - "Loser Like Me". Rachel shows up for her writing session with Quinn, who lets Rachel in on how things will go with her and Finn, breaking Rachel's heart - and prompting her to write a song called "Get It Right".

Regionals get under way - with Aural Intensity performing "Jesus Is A Friend Of Mine".  Blaine gives Kurt a little pep talk, before the Warblers take to the stage to perform Hey Monday's "Candles" with Kurt and Blaine on lead. After giving Kurt his bow he rightfully deserves, Blaine launches the Warblers into Pink's "Raise Your Glass".

Rachel and Finn wish each other good luck, which prompts Rachel to tell Finn to listen to her song closely. After Rachel performs her emotional ballad, "Get It Right", the New Directions launch into "Loser Like Me" - which ends with a confetti slushie facial for the audience.

The judges discuss the performances, which plays like a tennis match in it's back and forth on the winners. When the winners are announced, New Directions are crowned the Regionals champions - proving not to be such losers, after all. Blaine and Kurt bury Pavarotti, and Kurt expresses how upset he is about losing Regionals, but Blaine convinces him that they actually won - because they have each other.

The New Directions name Rachel their MPV for her work at Regionals, which prompts Rachel to give a speech about how good it felt for the team to believe in her, ending in a large group hug.

Well, Gleeks, we have our Regionals winners! Are you excited? How about that Klaine kiss? Finally, am I right? Well, sadly, this the last episode for three weeks. Drink a slushie and blare "Loser Like Me", and I'll see you on April 12th.
