Hey Gleeks, you know what's better than a regular episode of Glee? A super-sized episode that's packed full of ninety Gleekin minutes! Are you ready for some Gagalicious Glee goodness? Put your paws up, Gleeks, because it's time to be born this ways, Gleeks!

After Finn accidentally breaks Rachel's nose while preparing for Nationals, the idea of a nose job is presented before the diva and she begins to consider it, which outrages Mr. Schuester. While helping Emma with her OCD, Will realizes the best way to get the kids to accept who they are is through one of their favorite artists - Gaga. Santana, determined to get Brittany back, begins a quest for the title of prom queen, which soon involves Karofksy and getting Kurt to return to McKinley. Emma and Will present the acceptance/Gaga idea to the kids, including insecurity t-shirts to show off what they aren't proud about themselves and what they'd change if they could.

Lauren explains to Puck how she use to be a kid beauty queen, but once she began to gain weight, she stopped being one - but now, she wants to be prom queen, and Puck is ready to help her. Rachel brings Quinn to the doctor's to show off what exactly she wants her nose to look like, which results in the two performing a mash-up of "I Feel Pretty" from West Side Story and "Unpretty" by TLC.  Lauren begins her campaign for Prom Queen, pissing off Quinn, while Santana confronts Karofsky about his closeted homosexuality and begins her plan toward prom royalty.

Finn confronts Quinn about her involvement with Rachel's obsession about her nose, leading to Quinn calling Finn on yet again fighting with her about Rachel. Finn's dancing comes center stage as he and Mike perform Sammy Davis's "I Gotta Be Me" - showing off Finn's best, um, moves. Rachel presents the photos of what her new nose will look like; prompting the Glee Clubbers to attempt to deter her from going through with the nose job, but Rachel refuses to listen and says she's going through with it.

Will confronts Emma about her insecurity t-shirt and how she should own up to OCD to help the Glee Clubbers truly accept themselves for who they truly are. Karofsky and Santana's plan begins taking affect when they form an anti-bullying team known as the Bully Whips, while Karofsky speaks to the Glee Clubbers about wanting to change and help get Kurt back at McKinley, claiming all of this was brought about by Santana - resulting in a new "romance" between the two.

Karofsky calls a meeting between himself, his father, Burt, Kurt, Mr. Schuester, and Principal Figgins about the new anti-bullying campaign on the rise. After talking to Karofsky alone, Kurt decides to return to McKinley, being welcomed back by his McKinley family, while his Warbler family serenades him with Aqualung's "Somewhere Only We Know", bidding their one-time Warbler goodbye, ending in an emotional hug between Kurt and Blaine.

Kurt marvels on his first day back at McKinley at how it seems like he never left, singing "As If We Never Said Goodbye" from Sunset Boulevard. Lauren does a little digging into Quinn's past, revealing some very un pretty truths about the wannabe-prom queen, while Kurt, Puck, and the rest of the Glee Club use a flash-mob performing to Duck Sauce's "Barbra Streisand" as a method of getting Rachel to realize alike she and Barbara Streisand are - nose and all.

Emma finally owns up to her OCD and seeks professional help, while Lauren's plan to humiliate Quinn backfires and only makes her chances of being prom queen even more realistic.  Brittany confronts Santana about dating Karofsky, only furthering the rift between them. Rachel reveals to the Glee Clubbers that she's cancelled her nose job, which leads into  The New Directions (sans Santana) taking to the stage and performing Lady Gaga's  "Born This Way" - showing off the insecurities and being proud to be "born this way".

And there you have it, Gleeks. You are all beautiful, no matter what, because you were born this way! Until next week, grab your insecurity t-shirt and own who you are!
