Matthew Martin and Tim Realbuto have announced that they will do a talkback session with their audience following the Thursday, October 22nd performance of their popular musical GHOSTLIGHT.
It is very rare that the creative team of a new musical will have a talkback with their audience after a workshop presentation. Realbuto and Martin will be joined onstage by their director, Michael Kidney, musical director Julianne B. Merrill, as well as their star, Leigh Martha Klinger (LES MISERABLES; REBECCA the musical).
Just in time for Halloween, GHOSTLIGHT tells the true story of Ziegfield girl Olive Thomas, her rise to fame in the Follies as well as her ultimate downfall, which led to her untimely demise in Paris in 1920. The 25 year old starlet's death has remained one of the theatre's darkest mysteries for over 95 years. Her ghost is said to still haunt the New Amsterdam Theatre on Broadway to this very day.
As previously reported, GHOSTLIGHT also features Broadway veterans Jennifer Hope Wills (THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA; WONDERFUL TOWN) and George Dvorsky (THE SCARLET PIMPERNEL; PASSION). Other cast members include Kimberly Faye Greenberg, George Primavera, Abigail Ludrof, and more.
For $10 tickets to the performance and the Q&A following the performance, please click the link below (the talkback is included in the ticket price), but please hurry as tickets are very limited.
