Full casting has been announced for Flopz 2: Miss Hannigan's Revenge and Cutz, which will follow in two successive performances on February 26th at 7 PM and 9 PM at Joe's Pub (425 Lafayette St.). For the concerts, Producer/Director Jamie McGonnigal and Music Director Michael Lavine will team up once again with some of Broadway's best to present an evening of some of the hidden gems from the darkest corners of the musical theatre vault.

The all-star roster of performers scheduled to appear in one or both concerts include two-time Tony-nominee Laura Benanti (the upcoming The Wedding Singer), Christopher Hanke (In My Life), Tony-nominee John Cariani (Fiddler on the Roof), Lisa Howard (…Spelling Bee), Steve Ross (Present Laughter), Alexander Gemignani (Sweeney Todd, Assassins), Max von Essen (Les Miserables, Dance of the Vampires), Leo Ash Evens (Disney's On the Record), Lauren Molina (Sweeney Todd), Donna Lynn Champlin (Sweeney Todd, Hollywood Arms), Natascia Diaz (Man of La Mancha, Seussical), Marty Thomas (Wicked), Natalie Joy Johnson (Bare), Adam Fleming (Bare, Hairspray), D.B. Bonds (Phantom of the Opera), Rashad Naylor (Hairspray), Nick Cearley (The Last Smoker in America), Brooke Sunny Moriber (Follies, The Wild Party, Parade), Eric Michael Gillett (The Frogs, Sweet Smell of Success), and Tom DeGrezia (Xtacy).

The sold-out debut of the Flopz concert series took place on August 7th at Joe's Pub and "featured music from such notorious failures as Grind, Rags, Romance/Romance, Do I Hear A Waltz?, Urban Cowboy, King of Hearts, Annie Warbucks, and of course, Carrie," according to press notes.

The Flopz and now Cutz series aim to acquaint theatre enthusiasts with shows and songs that, while not quite successful in their original incarnations, still have merits that can be showcased in a concert setting. The Cutz concert will feature some of the songs that didn't make it into some of today's favorite Broadway musicals.

All seats for Flopz 2 and Cutz are $25. If you would like to purchase tickets to both, there is a $10 discount, making both shows only $40. A portion of the proceeds will benefit The Joey DiPaolo AIDS Foundation and CAMP TLC. Tickets available at The Public Theater box office or through Telecharge: www.telecharge.com or 212.239.6200.
