Chenoweth starred in the 2019 Hallmark Movie, A Christmas Love Story. She starred as a youth choir director who needs to write a big song for a Christmas Eve show. She is distracted from her task when a boy with a golden voice joins her choir, which comes as a surprise to his widowed father, portrayed by Scott Wolf.
Jeremy Jordan Hallmark's 2020 Christmas film, Holly & Ivy, alongside Janel Parrish, and Marisol Nichols. When Melody's (Parrish) neighbor, Nina (Nichols), learns that her illness has returned, Melody promises to keep Nina's kids, Holly & Ivy, together. To adopt the children, she must renovate her new fixer-upper, which she does with the help of contractor, Adam (Jordan).
He returned in 2022 for Hannukkah on Rye, alongside Lisa Loeb and Yael Grobglas. The film follows a couple that was brought together by a matchmaker who realize that they are competing deli owners. It will take a Hanukkah miracle to keep their new romance together.
Anika Noni Rose first starred in In The Watsons Go to Birmingham, on a family road trip, the Watsons gain the courage to stand up for what's right while growing stronger as a family. Rose co-starred alongside Wood Harris and Skai Jackson in the movie.
She hen appeared in Mitch Albom's Have a Little Faith. Mitch Albom is happily married with a good career. But when he meets two men, a rabbi and a pastor, he realizes there is a faith-sized hole in his life. Rose co-starred alongside Bradley Whitford and Laurence Fishburne in the film.
Patti Murin starred in the Hallmark film Love on Iceland, which also stars her real-life husband Colin Donnell. In the film, seeking inspiration for work, Chloe gathers her college travel group back together for a trip to Iceland. When her ex, a member of the group, shows up uninvited, sparks fly.
In 2022, returned in "In Merry Measure." The film follows a pop star who returns to her hometown to spend Christmas with her sister and niece. While there, she unexpectedly joins forces with her high school rival to coach their school choir. The film also stars Brendan Penny and Jennifer Robertson.
This year, Murin starred in Mystic Christmas. In the film, Juniper travels to Mystic, Connecticut during the holidays to work at the rehabilitation center and aquarium. She reconnects with Sawyer, the owner of the pizza shop.
Merrily We Roll Along's Krystal Joy Brown appears in Heaven Down Here this year on Hallmark. Inspired by Mickey Guyton’s song of the same name, “Heaven Down Here” tells the story of four disparate people who find themselves stranded in a local diner on Christmas Eve when a snowstorm hits the town. Also appearing in the film is theatre icon Phylicia Rashad.
Tony winner Beth Leavel starred in "Ghosts of Christmas Always" in 2022. The film follows a Ghost of Christmas Present who is tasked with helping someone rediscover his Christmas spirit. It also featured Kim Matula, Ian Harding, Lori Tan Chinn, and Reginald VelJohnson.
Ellen Burstyn starred in two Hallmark films, Brush With Fate and Night Ride Home. In Brush With Fate, a teacher regales a new colleague with tales of a Vermeer painting's impact on the lives of its past and present owners. Burstyn starred alongside Glenn Close. In Night Ride Home, a couple's unstable marriage is ripped apart after their son is killed while horseback riding with their daughter. The film also stars Rebecca De Mornay and Keith Carradine.
Nathan Lane starred in the 1996 Hallmark Hall of Fame Movie, The Boys Next Door. The film follows four intellectually disabled men share a house and are looked after by Jack, their social worker. The four men try to make sense of a mixed-up world, dealing with everything from runaway rodents to helping Norman (Lane), who has a new girlfriend. Jack's life with his wife is put on hold, and he feels it's time to let them go. The film also stars fellow Broadway stars Tony Goldwyn and Mare Winningham.
Bernadette Peters starred in the 1997 Hallmark Hall of Fame television movie What The Deaf Man Heard, alongside fellow Broadway regular James Earl Jones. In What The Deaf Man Heard, after 20 years of pretending not to be able to hear or speak, a man breaks his silence to get revenge on the man who made his life miserable.
Ginna Claire Mason starred in 2022's "A Holiday Spectacular." Alongside Derek Klena, the film was shot on location in upstate New York and at Radio City Music Hall.
"A Holiday Spectacular" is set in 1958 when a Philadelphia heiress named Maggie (Mason) puts her high-society wedding plans, to a man she doesn't love, on hold in order to sneak up to New York City and make her secret dream come true: dancing live on stage in the Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall.
She returns this year in A Heidelberg Holiday. The film follows Heidi Heidelberg as she receives the dream opportunity to sell her beautiful, handmade glass ornaments at the prestigious Heidelberg Christmas Market in Germany. While there, she meets Lukas, a local artisan who helps her reconnect with her lost heritage.
Jordan Fisher starred in the 2024 film The 5-Year Christmas Party alongside Katie Findlay. Over five years, Alice (Findlay) and her old theater school rival, Max (Fisher), reunite each holiday season to work at a Chicago catering company’s Christmas parties. While their undeniable chemistry grows, the timing is never right for romance – until the company’s final season pushes them to confront their true feelings. As they say goodbye to the job that brought them together, they might finally find love in the most unexpected way.
Christine Ebersole starred in the 2024 sports movie Holiday Touch: A Chiefs Love Story. Alana Higman is sure that her family’s lifelong history as Kansas City Chiefs superfans makes them a frontrunner to win the team’s “Fan of the Year” contest. Derrick, Director of Fan Engagement, is tasked with evaluating how Alana and her family stack up against the other two finalists. As the pair spends time together, it’s clear there’s a spark between them but when her grandfather’s vintage Chiefs good-luck winter hat goes missing, Alana begins to doubt everything she believed about fate, destiny and even questions her future with Derrick – unless, that is, a little Christmas magic can throw a Hail Mary. Filmed on location in Kansas City, the movie also stars Broadway alum Richard Riehle.
