Jill Whelan, who became a child star in the 1970s with Airplane and The Love Boat, is all grown up, and will debut her musical cabaret act "Jill Whelan: An Evening in Dry Dock" on October 27th at The D-Lounge in New York.

The show is "A riotous, honest, and touching look at what it is like to be a child star – and then not. The show features musical numbers and stories about Hollywood and Broadway's A-List, as well as heartfelt snapshots about motherhood, love, and marriage."  Espial Entertainment Holdings LLC will produce the show.

The show is planned to tour later this fall.

The D-Lounge is located on the basement level of the Daryl Roth Theatre at 101 East 15th Street. Tickets are $20 plus a 2 drink minimum.
