By hook and by book, Flushing Town Hall is encouraging readers to enjoy the classic story of a boy who would not grow up this season and then attend the upcoming production-all the way from England-by tutti frutti and the York Theatre Royal of Underneath a Magical Moon, which reimagines the tale through a fresh lens.
"Underneath the Magical Moon stems from one of the most classic and enjoyable tales about a mischievous boy who never grows up, and what a better way for a reader to continue that journey into a wonderous fantasyland then to see the story come alive on stage with a new perspective," says Ellen Kodadek, Executive and Artistic Director at Flushing Town Hall. "As an avid reader, I encourage people young and old, and those who never want to grow up, to pick up a copy, pore through it, and then visit us on March 24."
