Touch TimeTM, a new smart watch from Phosphor Watch, has entered its final week of funding on the popular crowdfunding website Kickstarter.
Touch TimeTM is a spin on the typical digital watch. It utilizes a touch interface with the same capacitive touch screen technology that can be found in Smartphones today. Touch TimeTM is easy to use, allowing you to change the time display or select apps with a swipe of a finger. The Touch TimeTM does not need to sync with the wearer’s smartphone, allowing them to manage their settings directly from the watch.
Touch Time’s funding campaign officially began August 6 with a goal of $50,000. The smart watch met and exceeded its goal on the very first day. The campaign ends Sunday September 30 at 9:59 A.M. EDT.
“I am overjoyed by the amount of people who enjoy my product enough to pledge money towards it,” said Creator Donald Brewer. “With the amount of negativity surrounding Kickstarter right now, it is nice to see people who are willing to back an existing brand.”
Currently, the Touch TimeTM Kickstarter campaign has raised over $275,000, 593% of the starting goal. With over 2,000 backers, Touch Time has joined an elite group of Kickstarter campaigns.
Touch TimeTM has recently added new rewards and styles, and there is still time left to pre-order the Touch TimeTM. They make a great Holiday gift with estimated delivery dates in November.
