Since winning NBC's "Fashion Star, " Hunter Bell has been busy growing her contemporary brand. First thing the South-Carolina born designer and founder did was rename her company from Hunter Dixon to Hunter Bell for the spring season. The spring line, produced in New York City, features bright fabrics, florals and soft knits. Prices range from $170-$500 and will be sold on her website as well as in stores like Nordstrom, Anthropologie, Shopbop, Revolve.

"My experience on NBC's 'Fashion Star' reenergized me and gave me the confidence I needed to make changes that would be instrumental in building my brand," Bell told WWD. "While designing in the competition, I was under pressure to think more on a global scale and have less of a myopic viewpoint. Everything I learned has helped open up new doors from both a creative standpoint and a sales standpoint."
