On Friday, November 17, The Jerome L. Greene Performance Space at WNYC will present the latest installment of its "Icons & Innovators" conversation series with legendary fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi and Principal Dancer with American Ballet Theater James Whiteside.

After three decades as a darling of the fashion world, Mizrahi hung up his sheers to direct operas, tour with his one-man cabaret show, and rule the airwaves at QVC with his eponymous line of affordable clothing and accessories.

Beyond his work on the stage, Whiteside has become an internet sensation in videos he's choreographed for his alter ego, JbDubs, and as member of the popular drag posse, the "Dairy Queens."

Mizrahi and Whiteside will discuss their journey of rising to the pinnacle of traditional artistic professions, refusing to be boxed into one genre, and daring to challenge the boundaries of what it means to be male and a creator in the twenty-first century.

"Icons & Innovators" is hosted by award-winning author and television producer Susan Fales-Hill, and features one of a kind, in-depth interviews with groundbreaking artists and thinkers who have shaped the cultural landscape - and those who will define its future.
