With a live event painting, the process begins with the client contracting with Portraits, Inc. to schedule Bayens for their special occasion, similar to booking a photographer and venue for the event. Bayens then consults with the event coordinator to determine the preferred scene to paint as well as conducts research on the venue to precisely capture all elements.

Photographs are discreetly taken at the event to incorporate all components of the occasion and the framed oil painting is completed at the event. Pricing starts at approximately $4500 and prints of the painting and a video of Bayens creating the canvas may be procured as well.
