FOIA LOVE: A COMEDY SHOW ABOUT PUBLIC RECORDS is a monthly comedy show! All the improv and sketches are inspired by actual public documents, such as: arrest records, FCC complaints about Big Bang Theory being too violent, and immigration rejections.

The cast this month includes: Ben Rameaka (Amazon's Alpha House), Michael Kayne (Terrible Babysitters), Lydia Hensler (Grandma's Ashes) and Matt Rubano (Taking Back Sunday). September 2, 7:30pm, at Celebration of Whimsy Theater (The C.O.W.).

This month's edition of the show will focus on "borders," so expect many documents about immigration and riding buses in England.

Written and Directed by Curtis Raye (UCB's Night Late), who spent 8 years in Washington DC and one year in rural Iowa working for the Hillary campaign, observing the inherent comedy in public records. School board meetings, court testimony, and even White House menus are treasure troves of human folly.

FOIA LOVE: A COMEDY SHOW ABOUT PUBLIC RECORDS will be September 2, 2015 at 7:30 PM at Celebration of Whimsy Theater, located at 21 Clinton Street.
