FAR FROM CANTERBURY Set for Fringe NYC Encore Series

Producer Dana M. Lerner (Application Pending) and Far From Canterbury, LLC announce that FAR FROM CANTERBURY: A NEW MUSICAL with Book, Music and Lyrics by Danny K. Bernstein, having won the Overall Excellence - Musical Award for its sold-out run at the New York International Fringe Festival will continue on as a part of the FringeNYC Encore Series, a selection of the best shows in both FringeNYC and Edinburgh Fringe. All performances take place at the SoHo Playhouse (15 Vandam St) this fall.

Tickets are $18 (convenience fees may apply) and can be purchased here.

Once upon a time, in a land where fairy tales are considered current events, a shy young knight has just one year to find the one thing women desire most, or face dire circumstances for a dangerous crime.

FAR FROM CANTERBURY is directed by Juliana Kleist-Mendez and assistant directed by Jesse Turk with choreography by Ilana Gilovich and musical direction by Adam McDonald. The production stage manager is Claire Stack and Production Manager is Sarah Byrne. The production features scenic design by Ravi Rakkulchon, costume design by Ellen Pyne and lighting design by Ali Hall.

The cast includes: Emily Austin, Sarah Coffey, Bianca Di Cocco, Katie Drinkard*, Coleman Hemsath, Ben Garrett*, Hannah Richter, Chandler Waggoner, TJ Wagner* and Evan Zimmerman*.
