An expanded edition of the rapturous and resplendent May LIVE FROM LINCOLN CENTER broadcast of Audra McDonald's GO BACK HOME is set to premiere tomorrow night on PBS according to a new official online posting.

McDonald performs additional material previously only made available on the PBS website - and maybe more - in the expanded edition of GO BACK HOME.

In the many clips generously released online by PBS a few months back, McDonald performs a vast amount of fantastic songs including selections from CRAIGSLISTERLIEDER, SONGS FROM A NEW WORLD, ANNIE GET YOUR GUN, RAISIN, DUMBO and more so any number of options are available as to what will be included in this new telecast.

Additionally, the full concert as performed at Avery Fisher Hall contained "Edelweiss" from Rodgers & Hammerstein's THE SOUND OF MUSIC - featured on her new solo album, GO BACK HOME - as well as some Michael John LaChiusa specialty material, as well.

Check out my InDepth InterView with Audra McDonald all about GO BACK HOME on record and in performance, as well as her many theatrical and film endeavors and much, much more, available here.

Of note, McDonald is the current host of LIVE FROM LINCOLN CENTER and will continue in her position for the new 2013-14 season, as well, according to our conversation.
