Exclusive: The Chew's Clinton Kelly's Emmy Fashion Scoop Image

BWWFashionWorld.com got the chance to speak with Clinton Kelly earlier this week as he prepped to go to his first ever Emmy awards. "I am not nominated," he jokingly reminded but he is thrilled to be co-hosting the Emmys Red Carpet Live this Sunday night on ABC.

Clinton Kelly is best known for co-hosting TLC's What Not to Wear and also as one of the host of ABC's The Chew now entering it's second season.

When asked what he would most be looking forward to about the Emmys, Kelly replied "Just being there quite frankly!" Kelly, who is used to dressing "real" women on TLC's What Not to Wear will have to quickly adapt to actresses who may or may not have a whole team helping them get ready. So what types of questions can we look forward to hearing? Kelly gushed, "I am excited to talk to these actresses about what look they are rocking on the red carpet...are you wearing shape wear? How many dresses did you try on?" And of course, "Did you chose this designer or did they come to do you?" Kelly is really hoping to see dresses with maybe "a lace, ruffle or dramatic embellishment" and he is "dying to see some dramatic jewelry."

Let's hope the women don't disappoint!

The Emmys Red Carpet Live will view this Sunday on ABC at 7pm ET.
