It takes a lot of moxie to get noticed, even in Children's Theatre. But Jonathan Rockefeller tells us how he used it to become Baz Luhrman's assistant and protege and then develop the play and obtain the rights to the monstrous children's book, "The Very Hungry Caterpillar".
