Everyday Inferno Theatre Company is pleased to announce the cast and creative team behind the upcoming world-premiere production of Laura Hirschberg's Supertopia, marking Everyday Inferno's fifth annual free production in Central Park. Supertopia will play six performances each Thursday-Sunday at 6:30pm from August 11th to August 20th, 2017 at Summit Rock.

An original, heartfelt adventure for all ages, Supertopia centers around a group of remarkable, super-powered people in a new land where heroes aren't unique, and no one is in need of saving. Accountable to no one but themselves, the nine settlers of Supertopia struggle with the responsibility of creating a better world and the impossible, incredible choices that come with great power. Everyday Inferno's fifth annual free Central Park production imagines the lush, isolated beauty of Summit Rock as an uncharted wilderness, full of possibility. Join us once more for an astonishing summer evening, as we build new worlds in our own shared backyard.

Supertopia is directed by Katherine Sommer, with combat & movement direction by Cristina Ramos. The production features Noah Lee Breymeier, James Cribbins (Shakespeare's Globe Theatre), Amelia Fei, Paul Gregg (Seven Angels Theatre), Malloree Hill (Utah Shakespeare Festival), Leslie Marseglia (Julius Caesar, Shakespeare in the Park), Ivy Quainoo (The Voice of Germany), Cristina Ramos, & Kyonne Nikole Smith.
