According to the Internet Movie Database, Emma Stone, who can currently be seen on the big screen in 'Easy A', has officially given up her dream of appearing in a Broadway musical. Having grown up doing regional theatre in Arizona, Stone admits that her voice just could not hold up eight shows a week.

Stone said, "I grew up being so into musical theatre... My voice does not last at all so I can't imagine doing eight shows a week because my voice would be gone in the second show."

Stone made her feature film debut in the comedy Superbad (2007), playing Jules. Stone was previously a cast member of the TV series Drive. She appeared in The House Bunny (2008) and Ghosts of Girlfriends Past (2009). She then starred in the horror-comedy Zombieland and the indie comedy Paper Man in 2009. In 2010, Stone voiced the character Mazie in Marmaduke, and will star in the high school comedy Easy A.
