Eight-time Academy Award winning composer Alan Menken will be joined on stage by Broadway's John Treacy Egan (The Little Mermaid, The Producers), Penny Fuller (Dividing the Estate), Victoria Mallory (A Little Night Music, Follies) and Kurt Peterson (Follies, Dear World) in Broadway Tonight on Sunday, September 13, 2009 at 7:00 pm at the Tarrytown Music Hall, 13 Main St, Tarrytown, NY. Media personality Valerie Smaldone hosts the evening. The previously announced Lee Roy Reams will also appear.

The performance is being presented for the benefit of Premier Performing Arts, a non-profit professional theatre company producing in Westchester County. "The addition of these Broadway luminaries adds to the building excitement surrounding the evening," states Producing Artistic Director Dennis Edenfield. "We are truly delighted to have them all grace the stage with Alan."

Mr. Menken is best known for scoring numerous Walt Disney films, including "The Little Mermaid", "Beauty And The Beast", "Aladdin", "Pocahontas", "The Hunchback Of Notre Dame", and 2007's live-action hit, "Enchanted". In addition to his Oscars, other awards include 6 Grammys and 7 Golden Globes. He also composed the Broadway musicals Little Shop Of Horrors, Disney's Beauty and the Beast and The Little Mermaid.

Victoria Mallory starred as Maria opposite Kurt Peterson in the 1968 revival of West Side Story at Lincoln Center. She originated the roles of Young Heidi in Stephen Sondheim's Follies and Anne in A Little Night Music.

Kurt Peterson began his career when Leonard Bernstein and Richard Rodgers chose him to play Tony in the 1968 revival of West Side Story at Lincoln Center. Peterson then played opposite Angela Lansbury in Dear World, and originated the role of Young Ben in Stephen Sondheim's Follies.

Lee Roy Reams originated the roles of Duane in Applause and Billy Lawlor in 42nd Street (Tony award nominee). He has also appeared on Broadway in Beauty and the Beast, La Cage aux Folles, and Hello Dolly!

Valerie Smaldone, five time Billboard award winner, is a sought after emcee, host, and voice over artist. She is also a celebrity interviewer for various outlets, and currently launching a new online TV show and syndicated radio program.
