Reykjavík City Theatre presents classic ELLY, which started performances in August and runs through Sept. 16.
Elly continues to charm the countrymen and returns for a limited time along with a band. There is still a chance to swear with the song and story of this unique singer who charmed men but made women jealous as well as marching three times for a marriage, drinking a snow sledge and smashing a banned monkey to Iceland.
Katrín Halldóra Sigurðardóttir has received unanimous praise for his interpretation of one of the country's most influential singers. Do not miss out on this popular work that sheds light on an eventful life that was at the time content of juicy rumors and gossip, although Elly tried to avoid the spotlight of the media as much as possible.
