Dumpster Tequila Presents I HATE MUSICALS 6/24

Musical improv group Dumpster Tequila brings their new show "I Hate Musicals" to the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre NY on June 24th 2010 at 6PM. How many times has your loved one or gay friend dragged you to a musical against your will? How many times have you expressed your distaste for the musical genre? Well we have. Dumpster Tequila hates musicals, and they need your help convincing them that musicals are great.

Dumpster Tequila interview the members of the audience to see what makes musicals so great, is it the dancing? Is it the wacky characters? Is it that no matter who you are or where you come from you can all manage to find a common bond? They'll take the audience interviews and then make a fantastic original musical in 30 min! With the audience's help, they'll manage to make the impossible, possible, the distasteful, tasteful, and the absurd, understandable. So come with Dumpster Tequila as they explore the ridiculousness of musicals together!

Dumpster Tequila was founded in 2009 and has performed at Upright Citizen's Brigade Theatre, The PIT, The Magnet Theater, The Creek and The Cave, as well as performing at the Del Close Marathon, The Phoenix Improv Festival, and at ImprovBoston.
