Kassie DePaiva, Kathy Brier, and Bobbie Eakes portray three of the most complicated women in the soap world, but harmony abounds at the St. George Theatre as this trio joins forces as the Divas of Daytime TV!

Since 1993, New Yorker Kassie DePaiva has portrayed Blair Cramer on One Life to Live. She recently recorded her third album, I Want to Love You. As a teenager, she worked as a back-up singer at Opryland in Nashville and at 18 made her solo debut at the Grand Ole Opry. She has traveled and performed with the USO throughout Asia and sung back-up for soul music titan Bobby Womack.

In her first major television role, Staten Island's own Kathy Brier created the character of One Life to Live's Marcie Walsh in 2002. In 2003 and 2004, she did double duty with her role on OLTL, as well as playing Tracy Turnblad in the Broadway production of Hairspray.

Bobbie Eakes joined All My Children as Krystal Carey in 2004. She previously played Macy Alexander on The Bold and the Beautiful. After serving as Miss Georgia and being a top ten finalist in the Miss America pageant, Bobbie moved to Los Angeles to pursue a singing and acting career, where she was a member of the girl group Big Trouble. Her first solo album was released in Europe in 1998, and her second, Something Beautiful, debuted in 2005 at number 21 on the Billboard Smooth Jazz chart.

The Divas of Daytime TV come to the St. George Theatre, 35 Hyatt Street, Staten Island on Saturday, October 10th. Showtime is 8 pm. Tickets start at only $10. The $55 VIP ticket includes private meet and greet and photo opportunities with Kassie, Kathy, and Bobbie beginning at 6:30 pm, and ticket to the concert. The St. George is only two blocks from the Staten Island Ferry and a short ferry ride from Manhattan or a short drive from New Jersey and Brooklyn. A full bar and valet parking is available at the theatre. For more information or to purchase tickets, call (718) 442-2900 or online at www.ticketmaster.com.
