Directors Announced for Red Fern Theatre Company's CREATED EQUAL

Red Fern Theatre Company (Melanie Moyer Williams, Executive Artistic Director, Ken Hall, Managing Director, and Lori Singleton, Artistic Producer) will present newly commissioned work by Rob Askins (Hand to God at Ensemble Studio Theatre), Joshua Conkel(MilkMilkLemonade with Horse Trade Theater Group), J. Holtham (Thicker Than Water at Ensemble Studio Theatre), Anna Moench (The Pillow Book at 59E59), Kristen Lee Rosenfeld (Musical Director, National Tour of Spring Awakening) and Luanne Aronen Rosenfeld(Holly and Ivy – Seattle), and Jen Silverman (Crane Story at the Cherry Lane Theatre), all addressing the meaning of equality within the landscape of the 2012 election.

This evening of one act plays will be directed by Dominic D'Andrea (creator of the One Minute Play Festival), Scott Ebersold (Adam Szymkowicz's Nerve), Julie Foh (Miracle on 34th Street: A Radio Play at Rutgers University), Jessi D. Hill (Jeff Grow's NYIT Award winning Creating Illusion), Michael Perreca (The Odd Couple at Shadow Lawn Stage, New Jersey), andMelanie Moyer Williams (Red Fern's We In Silence Hear a Whisper).

This innovative evening of short plays, presented by Red Fern Theatre Company, will have a three-week engagement at The Theater at the 14th Street Y (344 East 14th Street between 1st and 2nd Avenues) January 26-February 12; Thursday through Saturday at 8pm and Sundays at 3pm (except for Sunday, February 5 at 2pm) with an additional performance on Monday, February 6 at 7pm.
