Dennis Hensley's The MisMatch Game returns to the Los Angeles LGBT Center's Renberg Theatre for two more of its riotously unpredictable performances tonight and Sunday, August 8 and 10, 2014.
Producer and host Dennis "Gene Rayburn" Hensley will be joined onstage by a panel of some of L.A.'s most creative, hilarious and demented comic minds. Hensley & Company are once again generously donating the proceeds to benefit Center's array of free and low-cost services.
The MisMatch Game has become a Los Angeles cult favorite, regularly drawing multitudes of fans to their irregularly scheduled gigs at the Renberg Theatre.

Writer/performer DENNIS HENSLEY recently served as Executive Producer/Showrunner on the BounceTV comedy series BRKDWN. He's also been a staff writer on E!'s Fashion Police, Logo TV's The Big Gay Sketch Show, and Lifetime's Lovespring International with Jane Lynch. Hensley was one of Kathy Griffin's "Main Gays" on Season 1 of the reality show Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List and served as a consultant on Logo TV's RuPaul's Drag Race.
He is the author of the novels Screening Party and Misadventures in the (213), for which he just completed a pilot script. His musical dramedy, Rhapsody, about his days as a cruise ship dancer is currently in development with Flower Films. A DVD of his short film projects called The Dennis Hensley 5-Pack, which features the comedies Rubdown, Reunion, Screening Party, Dipshits and Evie Harris: Shining Star is available for purchase at CDBaby.com.
Hensley recently collaborated with comedienne Nadya Ginsburg and filmmaker Glenn Gaylord on the short film, If We Took a Holiday. He plays a 40-something guy who, having recently been dumped by his boyfriend, enlists his actress friend "Nadya" to make his birthday special by pretending to be Madonna all day long. The film hits festivals later this year.
Hensley co-wrote the feature film Testosterone with director David Moreton and appeared in the cult comedy Girls Will be Girls. He was one of four hosts of the national gay radio show Twist and his brand new podcast Dennis Anyone? is available for free on iTunes.
