DSW Inc., a leading branded footwear and accessories retailer, has announced the opening of four new stores all on September 20th.  They are located in the Sangertown Square Mall in New Hartford, NY, the Best Buy Shopping Center in Bridgewater, NJ the East Town Plaza in Madison, WI and the Plaza at Cedar Hill in Cedar Hill, TX.
