No RSVP required. Open seating for all, first-come, first-served.

The Paley Center and the International Documentary Association (IDA) are pleased to screen the documentaries, features and short subjects, which are nominated for the 85th Annual Academy Awards. These weekend screenings give the Paley Center and IDA members a unique chance to see the documentary films before the Oscar telecast on Sunday evening, February 24. We thank the nominated filmmakers for making their programs available to us.

The Paley Center is happy to partner with Fathom Events to bring the PALEYFEST 2013 events with the cast & creators of The Walking Dead and The Big Bang Theory to a movie theater near you! IN NYC, the two events will be shown at major theaters including Empire on 42nd, Kips Bay, and Union Sq Stadium 14.

As attorney Alicia Florrick, on the acclaimed CBS drama The Good Wife, Julianna Margulies has created one of television's most complex and fascinating characters, a woman rising above Scandal to restart her personal and professional life. Margulies's performance has brought her a second Emmy, the first coming for her breakthrough role as head nurse Carol Hathaway on the classic medical series ER. Keeping equally busy in film and onstage, her versatility has also reached behind the scenes, taking on the task of producing The Good Wife as well. Margulies will talk about her work on the series and her career as one of the top actresses in the medium.
