The DN Family Reunion will be performed at the Abrons Arts Center as a part of the @Arbons Series on Thursday October 7, at 7:30pm.
DANCE NOW (DN)'s 26th season Still Dancing Outside the Box will kick off with the in-person DANCE NOW Family Reunion, an eclectic multi-generational gathering, created in collaboration with perennial host-with-the-most-pink-costumes TruDee (aka Deborah Lohse) and The DASH Academy co-directors Gregory Dolbashian and Lindsey Pettus. The DN Family Reunion will be performed at the Abrons Arts Center as a part of the @Arbons Series on Thursday October 7, at 7:30pm.
This one-night-only event will feature DN artists from the past, present, and future, such as Rourou Ye, TAKE Dance, Passion Fruit Dance Company, and other special guests including Jane Comfort, Claire Porter, and Gus Solomons jr. Also featured on the program are alumni from Young Dancemakers Company and students of The DASH Academy performing original works inspired by, and in tribute to, performers and choreographers previously presented by DN.
Abrons Arts Center is located at 466 Grand Street, New York, NY 10002; Single tickets will be available in September 2021 via www.abronsartscenter.org for $15, or for $50 as part of a season subscription which will also include three digital On-Demand Programs to be released in the Fall, Winter, and Spring.
