Eric Bogosian's Talk Radio, which was recently nominated by the Outer Critics Circle, Drama League and Drama Desk for Outstanding Revival of a Play, will continue it's series of post show talkbacks following the 2PM show May 2nd, with WABC's Curtis & Kuby, recognized by by Radio and Records Magazine as the top talk shows hosts of 2004. The two will be joined by WABC Program Director Phil Boyce, Radio and Records Magazine's News/Talk Programmer of the year in 2004 and 2005, onstage at the Longacre Theater along with members of the cast.

Press notes state, "'Curtis and Kuby in the Morning' is now one of the top rated morning news/talk radio shows in the country. Curtis Sliwa...was internationally known as the founder and leader of the Guardian Angels, a non-profit, volunteer organization that was originally created to combat widespread violence and crime on the New York City subways as well as patrolling the streets and neighborhoods and providing education programs and workshops for schools and businesses. In their attempt to make the world a safer place, The Angels have also started chapters in the United Kingdom, Japan, South Africa, Canada and New Zealand.  He is paired with Ron Kuby, the radical left wing attorney for 5 hours of right vs. left commentary on that days news and current events."

Press releases continue, "Curtis and Kuby first learned to dislike each other long before they were paired together at WABC. They were known to show up at street demonstrations and confront one another on opposite sides of police barricades.  It took several years for Curtis and Kuby to perfect the show and get it ready to move into the highly competitive Morning Drive slot on WABC. They took over mornings in May 2000 and almost immediately doubled the ratings on WABC's morning show."

Talk Radio is directed by Tony Award winner Robert Falls and stars Drama Desk, Outser Critics, and Drama League nominee Liev Schreiber as controversial talk host Barry Champlain. The show also stars Stephanie March, Peter Hermann, Michael Laurence and Sebastian Stan.  Portraying over two dozen radio callers are Christine Pedi, Barbara Rosenblat, Adam Seitz, Marc Thompson and Cornell Womack.

Talk Radio's creative team includes Drama Desk nominated sound designer Richard Woodbury along with Mark Wendland, Laura Bauer and Christopher Akerlind.
