Coram Boy's Ivy Vahanian and Tony Award-nominated stars Xanthe Elbrick and Jan Maxwell will give Fox-5 "Good Day New York" reporter Anne Craig an exclusive back stage tour at Broadway's Imperial Theatre, airing this Saturday, May 19th on FOX 5 News in the 10:30p half hour and again on Monday, May 21st between 8:30a - 9:00a on "Good Day New York."
In the tri-state area, Fox 5 News and "Good Day New York" air on FOX-5 (Channel 5 in Manhattan on Time Warner Cable).

Coram Boy received six 2007 Tony Award® nominations including Best Performance by a Featured Actress in a Play (Xanthe Elbrick and Jan Maxwell), Best Scenic Design of a Play (Ti Green and Melly Still), Best Costume Design of a Play (Ti Green and Melly Still), Best Lighting Design of a Play (Paule Constable) and Best Direction of a Play (Melly Still).
The American premiere production of Coram Boy opened at Broadway's Imperial Theatre (249 West 45th Street) on May 2nd after beginning previews on April 16th. Staged and co-designed by Still, and adapted by Helen Edmundson from Jamila Gavin's award-winning novel, the show previously played two sold-out engagements at The National Theatre of Great Britain and was awarded the 2006 Time Out Best Play Award. The opening night party was held at Tavern on the Green.
The show is designed by Ti Green and Melly Still, with lighting design by Paule Constable, original music by Adrian Sutton and sound design by Christopher Shutt. The music director is Constantine Kitsopoulos and the fight director is Thomas Schall.
