Water Is Life
The Water is Life gallery exhibition at the Coral Gables Museum explores one of the most important elements on the planet. Water is often overlooked in terms of its beauty, its vitality and its importance, but it is nonetheless central to almost all aspects of our lives. Just as more than 70 percent of our plant is covered by water, our own bodies are also comprised of more than 70 percent water. Water is necessary to the survival of all species, and it is even intimately tied to the economy. The Water is Life exhibition examines how intrinsic water is in its most natural state, encouraging guests to reflect on this property from different perspectives.
The Exhibition
The exhibition will be held at the Coral Gables Museum at 285 Aragon Avenue. It will run from 6:30pm at the museum. It will bring together numerous experts from a variety of backgrounds to debate and explore the importance of water in the local area. This fascinating exhibition is curated by Rosa Lowinger, and it displays the efforts from a number of participating art galleries. Some of these include The Americas Collection, Nelson Tirado Fine Art, Leica Stone & Gallery Miami, Cemuda Arte, ArtSight Gallery and others. Design House, a digital advertising agency, is honored to have been chosen to design the branding for the art exhibition. Design House is a professional women-owned boutique web design agency that launched only four years ago and has grown tremendously due to their talent and the explosive demand for online marketing. Of the three unique styles that were created by the advertising agency, the City of Coral Gables chose a design that best illustrated water as a vital instrument in the planets lifecycle. The Water is Life gallery exhibition at the Coral Gables Museum will truly be among the most celebrated events in the art community of South Florida this year. Art enthusiasts from near and far are encouraged to visit the Coral Gables Museum for opening night, to attend the panel discussion or at any time throughout the weeks long event to explore the beauty and vitality of water as featured through selected works of art.
