Gotham Stage Company is re-teaming with playwright Randall David Cook (Gotham's Sake with the Haiku Geisha, BBC's Sushi and Scones) to present his newest work, Fate's Imagination, at The Player's Theatre (115 MacDougal Street). Fate's Imagination is scheduled to run May 25 - June 17, with opening night set for Thursday, May 31 at 8PM.
The show will also introduce Gotham's new program, Honoring the Profession, which will make available all unsold seats to students of the theatrical arts and members of the theatrical unions free of charge. Honoring the Profession patrons need only to present their theatrical union card or student ID from an institution teaching dramatic arts at the box office 30 minutes prior to curtain and will receive one free admission, based on availability.

Press notes describe the show, "Lilah, desperate to reconnect with true love, believes she has found it in a chance sexual encounter with Brock, a man half her age.
