Come celebrate the holiday of Passover at Coney Island USA's Sideshows by the Seashore with one grand afternoon of "Jewish-Centric" sideshow, magic and variety entertainment.
'Meshuggena Magic for the Whole Mishpacha' is the brainchild of Dick Zigun, Founder of Coney Island USA, and a nice Jewish Boy; as well as Adam Rinn, a bar Mitzvahed magician, entertainer and Dean of Coney Island USA's Sideshow School.
"After 30 years of wandering and meandering, its time we reached out to the Jewish community" says Zigun, "and seeing as Adam is a member of that community, who better than him to produce these special shows."
Adam is melding his multi faceted life into two great evenings at Coney Island USA's Sideshows by the Seashore. He believes that "yes, you can have it all." You can be a shul going member of an orthodox Jewish community and yet, run away with the circus sideshow.
Adam's goal is to bring his love of sideshow, magic and variety arts to New York's Jewish community, while producing events that are affordable and family friendly.
According to Rinn, "people are always looking for fun things to do on Chol Hamoed. Families who spend the day at the aquarium or going on rides should then come over to the sideshow theater for an afternoon of electrifying acts and unusual feats."
"This brand of entertainment," Adam states, "got it's start in Coney Island, so why not continue the tradition this Passover at Sideshows by the Seashore!"

Adam Rinn
Growing up in the legendary Coney Island section of Brooklyn was where Adam developed a love for the sideshow. Blending Borscht Belt humor with classic Jewish shtick and a knack for doing the bizarre, Adam is bringing old time sideshow and vaudeville to the next level. Adam is known as the world's only Jewish sword swallower.
Scott Baker fronts the Coney Island Circus Sideshow as the Outside Talker (known to the uninitiated at the "barker") who talks you into opening your wallet and buying a ticket to the show. Not surprisingly, Scott is a trained Broadway actor with many stage and film credits. When not in Coney Island, Scott often delights audiences with his hour-long one-man show, wherein he performs the classics of magic in a way that only Scott can. Totally meshuggah!
Insectavora
Known as the "Princess of Pyrotechnics, The Queen of Kerosene, The Goddess of Gasoline", Insectavora will be lighting up intermission with her spectacular fire show. Insectavora is a current cast member of the 2010 Coney Island Circus Sideshow cast.
