"here! on Broadway" hosted by Jim Caruso, is a new show featuring songs and conversation with Broadway's most dazzling personalities. 

The newest episode features conversation with the Tony Award-winning composer of The Light In The Piazza, Adam Guettel.  Upcoming "here! on Broadway" episodes will feature Curtains star Karen Ziemba, playwright/performer Charles Busch, Drowsy Chaperone co-writer Lisa Lambert, Broadway's Phantom Howard McGillin, and composer Amanda Green (High Fidelity).

"here!, America's premium gay television network, is currently available in more than 50 million households on every major cable provider nationwide.  here! offers compelling new programming, as well as classic films and television shows, to both gay and straight viewers interested in the stories, subjects and talents showcased on the service," state press notes. 

The here! website, where the "here! on Broadway" program is found, currently has 3 million unique visitors each month and can be found by going to www.heretv.com and clicking on 'Podcasts."  (A podcast is an audio file that can be downloaded to a computer and listened to on a variety of MP3 devices.)  "here! on Broadway" is produced by Jim Caruso and Eric Feldman, EVP of Programming and an award-winning producer.

Host Jim Caruso is an award-winning performer who has performed at Carnegie Hall four times, sung at the White House, and headlined sold out runs at The Algonquin Hotel, Russian Tea Room, Palm Beach Colony Hotel, LA's Gardenia and The Connaught Room in London.  Caruso co-hosted "Broadway On Broadway" in Times Square, and has co-hosted the Drama Desk Awards webcast for four years  For the past four years, he has hosted a weekly Monday night showbiz bash at Birdland called "Jim Caruso's Cast Party," which has been honored with a New York Nightlife Award and the Sidney Meyer Award.  Caruso also produces the award-winning "Broadway at Birdland" concert series at the legendary music room.  He's currently touring the world performing with Liza Minnelli.  Visit www.myspace.com/hereonbroadway.
