SPIKED PUNCH is part of CSz Chicago's late-night series, and features some of the top names in Chicago's stand-up, improv, and sketch comedy scenes, as well as unique Windy City personalities. The show pits two teams of comedians against each other who are provided with set-ups and challenge the contestants to provide punch lines with no preparation, no hesitation, but plenty of libations! Categories include "Summertime CTA Smells," "What's in Hillary Clinton's Purse?" and "Amish Hashtags."

SPIKED PUNCH is inspired by panel game shows such as Comedy Central's @midnight and character-driven classics like the old MTV hit Remote Control, and is recommended for mature audiences over age 18.

Actors include: Jesse Bend, Josh Boltz, Jamie Campbell and Kaitlyn Grisso. The writers are: Ed Hansen, Erik Niewiarowski, Lee Russell and Maureen Winston.

SPIKED PUNCH was conceived by Jamie Campbell, who also hosts the show. Named Chicago's "Best Stand-Up" in 2013 by a Chicago Reader poll, Campbell is also the founder of the popular stand-up collective 100 Proof Comedy, which performs at CSZ Theater Chicago on Mondays at 8 p.m., as well as performing throughout the nation as a touring comedian, improviser, and actor.

The show takes place at CSz Theater Chicago, 929 W. Belmont Ave., Chicago, IL 60657. Belmont El stop; self-park paid lot at 3130 N. Sheffield, paid street parking; Divvy bike station on Belmont and Wilton; SpotHero.com. Handicapped accessible. CSz Theater Chicago is part of the Belmont Theater District and offers a full service bar with no drink minimum.
