Carolines on Broadway, New York City's premier comedy venue, presents its talented line-up for the month of March, highlighted by headliners Erik Griffin, from Comedy Central's Workaholics,March 2 - 5; Gilbert Gottfried, from the film The Aristocrats, one night only,March 9; Vir Das, from his live stand-up show "Unbelievablish," March 10 - 12;Christopher Titus, headlining his "Born with a Defect Tour," March 16 - 18;Nikki Glaser, from her Comedy Central stand-up special "Perfect," March 23 - 26; and Big Jay Oakerson, host of SiriusXM Radio's The Bonfire, March 29 and 30.
Carolines on Broadway will also present a very special event, Bad Parent with Alec Baldwin, which explores the ups and downs of parenthood with a variety of comics telling personal stories from the home front, on March 23.
Themed shows taking place at Carolines on Broadway in March are the ninth annual Carolines Comedy Madness stand-up tournament, featuring sixty-four comedians competing in a five-round elimination tournament, on March 1, 7, 14, 21, and 28; Carolines New Talent Night, featuring New York's best emerging talent, on March 6, 13, 20, and 27; Carolines Presents, featuring the best and brightest comedians from the Carolines roster, on March 9 and 16; and the Breakout Artist Comedy Series featuring Blair Socci on March 15.
Carolines on Broadway will also feature a live taping of The Tony Perkins Show with Gary Stein podcast, featuring special guests Tom Bergeron, host of ABC's number one reality show Dancing with the Stars, and author, May Pang, onMarch 2; and graduation shows from the Carolines School of Comedy onMarch 12.
