Comedians Bring The Laughter To Carolines On Broadway In August

Carolines on Broadway, New York City's premier comedy venue, presents its talented line-up for the month of August, highlighted by headliners Michelle Buteau, host of WNYC Radio Studios' podcast Late Night, Whenever!, August 2 - 4; Nick Mullen, host of the podcast CumTown, August 9 - 11; Gilbert Gottfried, from the documentary film Gilbert, one night only, August 16; Lavell Crawford, from AMC's Better Call Saul, August 17 - 19; Joel McHale, host of Netflix's The Joel McHale Show with Joel McHale, August 24 and 25; and Gary Owen, from his Showtime stand-up special "I Got My Associates," Labor Day Weekend, August 30 - September 2.

Themed shows taking place in August are The Funniest Show on Broadway, featuring New York's best comedians, on August 1, 2, 8, 12 15 17, 20, 23 27, 29 and 30, ; Carolines New Talent, featuring New York's brightest new comedians, on August 20 and 27; the Breakout Artist Comedy Series, featuring Caitlin Peluffo on August 7; Gordon Baker-Bone on August 14, Sonia Davis on August 21 and Josh Johnson on August 28; The Good, The Dad & The Ugly live podcast on August 15; The Roz G Benefit All-Star Comedy Show, hosted by Hamburger, on August 22; and How to Ruin His Life: A Tutorial, featuring Chris Burns and Milly Tamarez, on August 26.

Carolines on Broadway will also feature K-Von, from MTV's Disaster Date, on August 1; live podcasts with The Tenderloins, from truTV's Impractical Jokers, on August 5 and 6; Craig Shoemaker, "The Love Master," on August 8; Derek Gaines, from tbs' The Last O.G., on August 9; a live taping of Sam Roberts Wrestling Podcast, celebrating the 200th episode, on August 16; and WWE Superstar Dolph Ziggler, hosts DZ & Friends, featuring Tyler Breeze, Charly Caruso, Zach Ryder, Renee Young and special surprise guests on August 17.
