Colt Coeur's Play Hotel reading series will present an industry reading of Laura Jacqmin's Dental Society Midwinter Meeting on Monday, May 20th at 3pm at TheaterLab, 357 West 36th Street, 3rd Floor in Manhattan. Directed by Adrienne Campbell-Holt (Recall, Fish Eye, Seven Minutes in Heaven), the cast includes Matt Stadelmann, Katya Campbell (The Big Knife, Broadway), Adam Harrington (HIT-LIT, Queens Theater), Sue Jean Kim (Water By the Spoonful, 2nd Stage), Hubert Point-Dujour (A Map of Virtue, 13P) and Kate Cullen Roberts (Breakfast at Tiffany's, Broadway).

Following a scandal of molar-sized proportions, the North Shore Regional Dental Society has gathered to debate the future of Midwestern dentistry as they know it. After NSRDS president Morris J. Morris, Jr., is caught with his pants down - and his dental drill up - the dentists can't help but question: in a field obsessed with profit over health, where morality has taken a backseat to the latest fads in composite fillings, how can a group of upright dental professionals (looking for something more... filling) actually make a difference?

Colt Coeur, an artists' ensemble, collaboratively creates theater from the ground up. Founded in 2010, Colt Coeur has created and produced 3 world-premieres: Seven Minutes in Heaven, together as a company with playwright Steven Levenson; Fish Eye, with playwright Lucas Kavner, and Recall, by Eliza Clark.

Her short play Hero Dad (a finalist for the 2012 Heideman Award) premiered in the 2012 Humana Festival of New Plays at Actors Theatre of Louisville. She was the 2012 Faith Broome playwright in residence at University of Oklahoma.
