Cochran Performs at Tower Records, May 3; Also at Danny's

Singer/pianist Charles Cochran will give a free half hour performance at Tower Records, 66th Street & Broadway on Wednesday, May 3rd at 6 PM as part of the weekly "Any Wednesday at Tower" series.  This appearance celebrates the launch of Mr. Cochran's latest CD "Charles Cochran Live in New York," as well as his month-long engagement at Danny's, beginning May 7th.

Cochran will perform selections from the Great American Songbook followed by an opportunity to greet his fans and sign his new CD.

Tower Records, located at 1961 Broadway (at 66th Street), will also host 'Any Wednesday at Tower' performances by Rita Gardner (May 10), Andrea Marcovicci (May 17), Euan Morton (May 24) and Klea Blackhurst (May 31).

Cochran will appear at Danny's, 346 West 46th Street, on Sundays, May 7, 14, 21 & 28 at 8:45 PM and on Mondays, May 8, 15, 22 & 29 at 7 PM. Reservations can be made by calling (212) 265-8133.
