Theatre critic and journalist Clive Barnes will be profiled and interviewed on the Friday, September 2nd episode of Theater Talk. The show will air 12:30 AM ET on WNET/Thirteen, and will be re-broadcast on September 5th at 5 AM ET (check local listings).
Theater Talk is hosted by producer Susan Haskins and Michael Riedel, who as a writer for The New York Post, is a colleague of Barnes.' The British-born critic has been with that paper since 1977, and also spent a lengthy amount of time at The New York Times--first as its dance critic (after performing that job for The London Times), and then as its chief theatre critic from 1967 to 1977.
