3C Theater Consulting, a new theatrical consulting organization founded by Producer and Theater Owner Catherine Russell, Casting director Cindi Rush and Producer Christine Cox has announced that it will stage PERFECT PITCH, the first in a new series of "Shark Tank" like workshops specifically aimed at refining, improving and ultimately mastering the art of the perfect pitch in order to raise money for their production.

PERFECT PITCH workshops will be limited to 10 participants who will each deliver their pitch with feedback from the 3C Consulting team as well as 20 non-pitching participants. After the feedback, each "pitcher" will be able to refine the pitch and do it a second time while both "before and after" pitches are filmed.
PERFECT PITCH workshops will be held on the 3rd floor of The Theater Center in the Jerry Orbach Theater, 210 West 50th Street (at Broadway). The workshop will take place from 7:30pm - 10:00pm. The doors will open at 7:00pm to allow networking with fellow attendees.
Admission for the seminar is $25 if you want to pitch your project for feedback and $15 if you want to learn, listen and comment.
3C Theater Consulting was created Cathy Russell, Cindi Rush, and Christine Cox who have years of experience with every aspect production. They help their clients set goals, create a budget, brainstorm an investor list, hire actors and an artistic staff, create a marketing plan and feel more confident about being a producer!
Services include giving clients a customized step-by-step plan to take their show from the page to the stage. Their goal is to provide producers with the tools needed to produce and manage a show and save money in the process.
Catherine Russell has been a general manager, producer, theater builder and actress in NYC since 1980. She is the general manager of the longest running play in NYC history - Perfect Crime and the current producer of The Fantasticks. In 1991 she renovated a strip club at 46th St and Broadway (now the American Eagle store) where Perfect Crime ran for 13 years and in 2005 created two theaters and two studios out of 20, 0000 square feet of space. Creating the Theater Center at 50th St and Broadway where The Fantasticks has played since 2006 and Perfect Crime just celebrated its 30th anniversary. She is a strong believer in creating your own opportunities and learning about every aspect of producing in order to keep shows running and profitable.
Cindi Rush is a Casting Director and principal of Cindi Rush Casting. NY theater credits include: Promising, Ruthless, Disenchanted, Drop Dead Perfect, Under My Skin, and Silence! Rooms, Jacques Brel, Urinetown, The Thing About Men, Home Street Home. Cindi also casts for many regional theatres, including Triad Stage, Hudson Stage, Penguin Rep, Pittsburgh Public, Charleston Stage Co. Some of her notable Film casting credits include: The Grief of Others(SXSW/Cannes), Runoff (L.A Film Fest), Policy of Truth (SOHO Film Fest), The Woman (Sundance), Funeral Kings(SXSW) Ghoul, Theresa is a Mother, Jugface (Slamdance), In The Family (Independent Spirit,). Cindi is a consultant for NYU Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program (1999-Present).
Christine Cox produced the successful family-friendly magic show, "The Amazing Max" that has been running Off-Broadway and touring for five years. Her company, C-Squared Entertainment, represents several shows including "Hanna and the Moonlit Dress" (14th St Y) and "Ragtag Theatre's Cinderella" (OBA Award winner for "Best Family Show"). Associate producer of "Lured" (Dream-Up Festival). As an entrepreneur she owns the NYC based children's entertainment company, A Princess Visit, and was featured on the Today Show and Launchher.com's 40 under 40 list. She created the Off Broadway Alliance Mentorship Program and oversaw the bi-yearly 20at20 ticketing program.
